$100,000 Paid Upfront
One payment in month 1 of year 1. You keep 100% of your savings. After Year 1, you decide to either switch to a fixed consulting fee of $40 PEPM + ancillary commissions or pay upfront (discount = two months) + ancillary commissions.
The program targets $500,000 in savings per 100 enrolled employees. You save big by paying upfront.

About the Creators
We have spent over a decade "nerding out" on health insurance best practices to deliver a top-performing health plan for your organization. As two Utah natives, building a program specifically designed for Utah-based employers has been immensely rewarding.
Jonathan "Jonny" Harris
Jonny has lived in Utah for over 30 years and is proud to call it home. Jonny loves spending all of his free time with his wife and two young children. They enjoy going to the zoo, playing at the park, and exploring the dinosaur museum. In his personal time that he doesn't have, Jonny likes to play racquetball, volleyball, and soccer; follow the local sports teams (go Cougs!); and is always ready for a fun card game or board game.
Jonny started his career as a medical insurance underwriter and learned the intimate details of "how they make the sausage". He has spent the last 6 years consulting large UT companies on advanced self-funding strategies. Jonny is a licensed employee benefits consultant and is a Health Rosetta certified advisor.
Kyle "Kyle" Hansen
Kyle is a born-and-raised Utahn. However, he did a 2 year stint in west Texas and moved to Georgia for a year with his family. Seeing more of the world has helped Kyle appreciate the beauty of Utah and the amazing people that live here.
Kyle is married to his highschool sweetheart and they have 2 rambunctious boys together. Kyle loves fishing with his sons and playing pickleball when he gets some free time. He's also an amateur woodworker and loves turning wood on his lathe into beautiful vases, bowls, or pens.
Early in his career, Kyle was a contractor building pergolas and decks before selling his business and making a major pivot to helping HR leaders. He's been in the industry since 2021 and is excited to help your company with benefits.

Frequently Asked Questions
Isn't self-funding only for employers with 1,000+ employees?
If we were having this conversation in 2010 I would readily agree with you! However, we are currently experiencing a renaissance of innovation that is bringing self-funded strategies down market to mid-size employers. What may have been considered risky 15 years ago, is now the best way to manage your company health plan.
How long does it take to implement your program?
This is one of our favorite parts of our program. Traditional self-funded implementations take months of effort. We've simplified the implementation process down from 20+ hours of calls to 2-3 hours of calls. We are confident that we can successfully implement your group for a 1/1/2026 launch date if we start by mid-October at the latest.
Which healthcare networks does your program access?
This program has been designed for Utah-based employers. Consequently, your employees will have the option to choose between two networks that are meaningful to Utah residents. One network includes comprehensive access to Intermountain Healthcare facilities and doctors. The second network includes access to University of Utah, HolyCross (Common Spirit), and MountainStar (HCA) facilities and doctors. Both networks include access to thousands of indepent physicians, clinics, and specialists.
What if I have employees that don't live in Utah?
Our program works perfectly for employees that live elsewhere in the country. One of the network options is among the largest, most comprehensive networks in the country.
